IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19, THE VALE CITY COUNCIL IS RESTRICTING PUBLIC ACCESS TO CITY HALL EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. THE FRONT DOOR WILL BE LOCKED.
• CITY STAFF WILL BE AVAILABLE BY TELEPHONE AT 541-473-3133 DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS TO ANSWER QUESTIONS. NORMAL CITY BUSINESS MAY BE CONDUCTED BY TELEPHONE OR EMAIL.
• NO MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC WILL BE GRANTED ACCESS TO CITY HALL EXCEPT WITH THE PERMISSION OF THE CITY MANAGER, WHO WILL PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS FOR OBTAINING ENTRY.
• UTILITY PAYMENTS MAY BE MADE USING THE DROP BOX OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR, BY MAIL, OR BY CALLING STAFF.
