Reservation Instructions
To reserve a pavilion at Wadleigh Park or the conference room at the library, select from the drop-down box.
Choose the day you would like to reserve.
After you select the day you will see time slots appear to the right of the calendar in 2 hour increments.
If the time slot is green then it is available, if red, the time slot is already reserved.
Add in your details including email and phone number.
Confirm your appointment. Repeat these steps to reserve another block of time.

• If you are reserving one of the picnic pavilion’s or plan to picnic at Wadleigh Park with alcohol, you need to obtain a permit from city hall before the event
• If you are selling anything for profit on city property, you must have a signed Transient Vendor Permit before the event. Download form Visit city hall to obtain signature before the event. 
• City Ordinance 892 bans the use of inflatable structures in city of Vale parks without advanced authorization from the City Manager. If approved, proof of Liability Insurance is required.

North Picnic Pavilion – Old #1
Picnic Pavilion closest to city pool.

South Picnic Pavilion – New #2
Picnic Pavilion closest to rodeo grounds.

Library Conference Room
Free to reserve for non-profit use. $25 fee for use otherwise.
Available Hours 8am-10pm

A key and code are required to enter the conference room.
Pickup your key and code at city hall weekdays between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm.
Your email confirmation also contains the keypad code. 

Public Restrooms are available at Wadleigh Park.
