City of Vale Planning Commission Meeting Set for 11/13/2023

The planning commission is scheduled to meet November 13, 2023 at 6pm to review a Conditional Use Application submitted by Dave Roberts and Ryan Vandecouvering. They are requesting approval for a multifamily housing complex
consisting of six triplex/fourplex buildings located on 2.49 acres on Tax Lot 1500, Malheur County Assessor’s Map No.
18S45E19DC. The Platted Subdivision is the “Northwest Townsite First Addition,” and locally known as the “labor
camp” property.
