The budget committee meets on an annual basis for three meetings to review and approve the proposed budget in preparation for a new fiscal year, which then goes to the city council for final approval. The city’s fiscal year runs from July 1 – June 30th. The meetings normally happen in the May/June time frame and the public’s attendance is encouraged.
